How It Works

Initial new patient visits will be an hour long visit in your home where we will we will perform a physical exam and discuss your full health picture, lifestyle, and living environment.  Future visits in the home will be determined on a case by case basis, unless you have opted for a Home Visit Exclusive Membership, which has it’s own terms. If you cannot meet in your home, other arrangements can be made.

  • Direct Primary Care is not insurance, and it is not accepted as a form of payment. However, it is advised that all members have some degree of catastrophic insurance to cover emergencies , hospital stays and speciality care. Insurance can also be used for other services which are not covered by your membership.

  • The first step is calling to arrange for a free consultation. After which, you will be provided with a link which will take you through the sign up process through our vender HINT. Once the sign up process is complete, you will be taken to a member’s only introductory page where you can schedule your first appointment. We strive for same or next day appointments, but it can be a little more complicated when home visits are involved.

  • Telehealth is an option for all our Direct Care packages. We strive for the most convenient approach to whatever your need is in the moment. That can be any combination of in home visits, telemedicine, texting or coming into the office.

  • Our Home Visit Exclusive package is the perfect way to age in place. Let the provider come to your loved one in the comfort of their own home. This is concierge level care without the exorbitant price tag for those who don’t want to, or can’t, leave the house.

  • Be yourself! You are in the comfort of your own home. We want to understand your experience living in your home environment. We only ask for a safe environment free of aggressive pets, firearms and unsafe conditions and clean place to sit and talk.
