You have taken the first step to getting back your mojo. Here are the next steps to complete the process and set up an appointment to discuss your care.
Click Schedule and pick a time that works in the near future (at least one week after lab draw to allow for all results to come back)
Make sure you choose Men’s Health Consultation from the scheduling options.
Get labs drawn at any lab, preferably Quest. I will send you an email with the orders or you can come to my office to have them drawn.
Fill out intake paperwork that gets emailed to you from my EMR, Elation. This will trigger when you make your appointment.
