1. Click the button to schedule your first Visit with HomeSteady Health. This visit is to take place in your home or at the clinic if you prefer. During this time I will get to know you and your full health picture.

2. Two days prior to your appointment you will be sent your intake paperwork. Please fill it out ahead of your visit and electronically sign the consents.

3. Look out for an invitation to Spruce. This app allows us to communicate securely through two way texting and phone calls. Download the app and sign on.

4. Sign up for the patient passport during your visit to receive your personal health information securely through our portal.
